RMS is an approved HCAHPS® survey vendor, receiving the necessary CMS Training Vendor. The CAHPS® Hospital Survey (HCAHPS) is an initiative of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Agency for Healthcare and Research Quality that will be used to measure patient perspectives on hospital care.
RMS has completed all of the necessary training and has submitted the application to become an approved Home Health Care CAHPS® (HH-CAHPS) survey vendor. The HH-CAHPS survey is a national standardized survey tool that measures patient satisfaction with home health care services.
