Patient Centered Medical Home accreditation. Several of RMS’ clients, including: Cayuga Area Physician Alliance (CAPA) and Jackson Physician’s Alliance (JPA) expect to submit applications within 2010. Susan will work with both physicians and benefit administrators to help them ensure that quality improvement processes are in place to help optimize patient care.
Susan joined RMS in the spring of 2010. She has a Masters Degree in Health Services Management with experience in strategic planning, quality process improvement and regulatory oversight. Prior to joining RMS, Susan was the Administrative Director with the College of Medicine with SUNY Upstate Medical Center. She has direct experience working with NCQA officials and achieving accreditation goals.
Susan resides in Onondaga Hill with her husband and family. |
