Lauren joined RMS full-time as the QualiSight Supervisor in November of 2009. She has 10-plus years experience managing call centers in various service industries including security, medical and commercial answering services, and transportation and logistics. Lauren also brings a broad knowledge base of a variety of state-of-the-art call center technologies and applications. She is familiar with both inbound and outbound project work, optimizing call center performance. Lauren is results driven with a proven track record of providing world class customer service through quality staff recruitment, training, and team building activities. She also has developed effective auditing techniques to ensure quality and timeliness.

 

Prior to joining RMS full-time, Lauren served as the Customer Relations Supervisor at DHL Express and Assistant General Manager and Call Center Operations Manager with MessagePro.

 

Lauren resides in Jordan, N.Y. with her husband.

As the QualiSight Supervisor, Lauren is responsible for managing the business operations related to the call center and focus group activities. Lauren will oversee telephone survey fieldwork and qualitative focus group research conducted within the facility. Her job duties will also include securing new business opportunities for the QualiSight facility located in Baldwinsville.
