Prior to joining Research & Marketing Strategies, Inc. (RMS), Megan was a Senior Consultant at Diversified Health Resources, Inc., a health care planning and marketing consulting firm in Chicago. While at Diversified Health Resources, Megan worked with health care clients, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and health systems in the development of business and facility plans, certificate-of-need applications, and customized market research studies. Megan provided assistance to clients in the areas of historic and projected utilization analysis, service area determination and population forecasting, market analysis, space programming, and monitoring changes in regulatory requirements.

Prior to moving to Chicago, Megan worked for two medical group practices in Syracuse and Albany, New York. While working for these groups, Megan learned both the operational and financial/billing aspects of group practice management. Megan held various positions within these practices where she was responsible for activities such as physician and patient scheduling, claims processing, insurance payment distribution, and patient account review.

Megan is currently serving as President of the Board of Directors of the Baldwinsville Volunteer Center. She has also served as Vice President, Director of Fund Development, Director of Publicity, and Chairperson of A Taste of Baldwinsville, the organization's major fundraising event. While in Chicago, Megan was an active member of the Chicago Health Executives Forum and the Women Health Executive Network, for which she served on the Community Service Committee.

Megan has an M.B.A. degree in Health Services Administration from Union College in Schenectady, New York and a B.S. degree in Finance from Siena College in Loudonville, New York.

Megan has more than 15 years of marketing, planning, research and management experience primarily in the health care arena. Throughout her career she has proven herself to be outstanding in identifying and integrating resources to solve complex organizational issues. At RMS, Megan coordinates all the internal activities related to client projects. She maintains work plan updates and interacts with clients.
