Lauren Krell

Director of QualiSight Operations

Lauren is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our onsite call center and focus group facility, known as QualiSight. Lauren has 10-plus years experience managing call centers in various service industries and brings a broad knowledge base of a variety of state-of-the-art call center technologies, applications, and quality management tools. Lauren’s primary duties are to manage the telephone administration of all CAHPS products, including training, scheduling calls, and data checks.
