Anna is responsible for several aspects of CAHPS^® and other regular surveys administered by RMS Healthcare. Her duties include supervising survey fieldwork, patient sampling, survey distribution, client account setup, scheduling survey timelines, quality audits, and more. She ensures adherence to quality guidelines established by CMS and maintains quality auditing and tracking tools.
