Bonni serves as the Trainer and Quality Administrator for the QualiSight call center. Bonni has worked as an interviewer for a variety of industries, including healthcare, retail and manufacturing. With her extensive experience and high quality performance with all our project work, Bonni brings vast experience to this position and is responsible for training staff on new projects, conducting audits and coaching the team to ensure quality deliverables that our clients have come to expect. Bonni’s primary duties also include a heavy focus on training and quality control around our CAHPS patient satisfaction work.
