2011 Corporate Highlights: RMS surpassed its $1 million dollar revenue goal in 2011. Sales were strong and its customer base grew while retaining current clients. Banking, healthcare, education, retail and manufacturing were industry categories of growth. The year also brought on a new program of retail shop-alongs for clients who wanted to know more about customer’s perceptions.

The RMS QualiSight Call Center was expanded to 16 fully operational CATI stations, new office space was secured and the focus group facility also saw increased use. The company held a successful Open House in the fall highlighting these features among others. Four new employees were also hired to fill four new full-time positions in 2011.

An in-house research panel was developed that can be used for recruiting and online survey work (https://rmsresults.com/survey/rms_panel/). The RMS Blog and website, which are frequently used as references, saw increased traffic, and the quarterly newsletter, RMSNews, saw an increase in readership. RMS staff members are increasingly seen as leaders and asked to speak and moderate across the country.

2012 Corporate Plans/Outlook: The use of surveying to measure customer satisfaction has seen a surge and RMS will continue to be a leader in this growing trend. Companies are also very interested in knowing the value of their marketing dollars and working with RMS will continue to answer their questions. Continued growth in finance, education and healthcare are expected, while expanding into new areas of manufacturing, hospitality and retail is planned. The internal research panel will continue to be promoted and business is expected to grow in 2012.
