Participation
We conduct a variety of different studies that vary in length. These include online and phone surveys, virtual and in-person focus groups, interviews, and mystery shopping. Rewards are based on the nature of the study.
Payment
You can receive honorariums for your participation in focus groups, mystery shops, and in-depth interviews. You also have the chance to be entered into drawings for gift cards after each completed survey.

SATELLITE PHONE TESTING STUDY
We are looking for BUFFALO RESIDENTS to participate in a call quality study that will take place November 20 and November 21, 2024 at the DoubleTree Hotel in Amherst, NY. Participants will be testing the audio quality of a satellite phone system so that Hughes Network can improve the customer experience for the future. By participating in this research, you will make a significant impact on their ability to serve the needs of customers across the country. This project is for research purposes only. Absolutely no attempt will be made to sell you any products or services. Participants in this study will receive $50 cash for 15-20 minutes of their time! LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE – APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED. *MUST be able to read, understand, and speak clear English to participate.
