Research & Marketing Strategies (RMS) was recently named a top patient satisfaction surveying firm for 2013. Every year Modern Healthcare creates a list of the largest patient satisfaction measurement firms in the country. This is the second consecutive year, RMS Healthcare has made this list, following up its nomination in 2012.
RMS is growing as a CMS Approved CAHPS Vendor.
Since last year, RMS has improved its ranking from #17 to #14, an improvement of three ranks on the Modern Healthcare list. Our company, based out of Baldwinsville, NY served a total of 80 patient satisfaction clients and a total of 118 healthcare-related contracts across the country in 2012. Those numbers were used as the basis for this 2013 list. The publication was released on October 28th of this year.
