We would like to take this opportunity to share recent updates with you pertinent to PCMH™ Recognition.

National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) continues in their commitment to New York State Patient-Centered Medical Home (NYS PCMH) Recognition. They recently announced that effective January 1, 2020 that attestations for specific NYS PCMH criteria would not be accepted for evidence.

In the announcement (click here to view), NCQA provides details about documentation that will be required to demonstrate compliance with specific criteria.

As a practice that is currently recognized, or considering pursuing PCMH Recognition in 2020, we know how important it is to stay abreast of changes being put forth by NCQA. Planning for success is key to ensure your thorough understanding of NCQA trends and adoption of processes that will enable you to successfully demonstrate compliance.

As a healthcare consulting firm with proven experience, we cultivate a cohesive, collaborative partnership with our clients to develop, adopt, and implement quality-driven organizational processes that embody the tenants of the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model of patient care—building standardization and efficiency to ensure sustainable success.

It is this passion, dedication, and desire to succeed that sets the stage for the continued transformation in advancing a progressive practice and organization whose core values, mission, and vision embody the fundamental elements of sustaining PCMH recognition.

We commit to being fully engaged with practices and partnering organizations from the moment the journey commences through the final destination of becoming a Patient-Centered Medical Home.
