About the Authors
As the Manager of Research Analytics, Chris plays a key role in managing client projects by dealing with both qualitative and quantitative data, designing methodologies and instruments, and using data analysis to develop insightful client reports. Chris’ skills demonstrate the ability to use many research approaches and techniques to fulfill client needs. Chris joined RMS as a Research Associate in the summer of 2010. He is a graduate of Le Moyne College, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
As a Senior Research Analyst, Erica takes the lead on managing client projects and developing long-term client relationships for RMS. Prior to joining RMS, Erica managed market research and program evaluation projects in the Education and multi-channel Retail industries. In addition to her contributions to the blog, she also manages daily activity on the RMS Facebook page, RMS LinkedIn page, RMS Twitter page, and RMS ViewPoint Twitter page. Erica is a graduate of Purdue University, with a Masters Degree in Consumer Behavior.
Maggy Stewart | Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator
Maggy manages all communications and marketing efforts relating to RMS. She works with all departments to illustrate the company’s business concepts and the coordination of print and digital marketing efforts. She develops and organizes all marketing components, web content, and materials for both clients and the company, including advertisements, collateral and press releases. Maggy also develops and coordinates all social media content for the firm.
Zach Shaw | Panel Associate
With previous experience as a business marketing and public relations intern, Zach focuses on developing and coordinating all aspects of the RMS ViewPoint research panel. He is also a key individual in helping the Analytics Team with reporting and analytics.
Christine Benn | Business Development Coordinator
Christine works with both prospective and existing clients to understand their marketing and research needs. Christine also coordinates client relations between the Healthcare and Analytics Teams, and is the main contact for all CAHPS® products and services. An integral part of the business development team, she builds awareness about RMS and the services we offer.
Josh Elander | Research Associate
Josh assists the analytic team with designing surveys, programming and interviewing. Josh plays an important role in analyzing data and aiding in client research. With previous experience as a marketing and research coordinator, Josh utilizes his skill set to prepare reports for clients, as well as contribute to the RMS blog.
Mark has more than 25 years experience in general and product specific marketing, strategic planning and development, teaching/training, market research techniques and general business operations. He has worked extensively with various business teams to address issues resulting in overall financial performance improvement and marketplace awareness.
Susan is a former managed care executive who helped physician practices and health systems transform their operations to become more efficient and optimize quality care outcomes. Most recently she is working with primary care physician groups helping them to prepare for National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Physician Practice Connection Patient Centered Medical Home accreditation. She works with both physicians and administrators to facilitate and ensure patient- and practice-based quality improvement initiatives.
